The spectacular Nevill Fireworks, now in its twelfth year, takes place at the Nevill Sports Ground on Saturday evening, November 3, and Brighton and Hove Hockey Club will be helping to provide the bar service for the event.

The annual display, put on by Brighton Pyrotechnics, is choreographed to music, family-friendly and attracts a large crowd. BHHC are still looking for volunteers from the membership to help staff the outside bar and raise funds for the club. If you would like to help you will need to be available from 3.30pm on Saturday so please contact either the chairman, Graham Edwards, or Men's Club Captain Pete Stevens to register your interest.

For the event, gates open at 5pm, Dick and Dom will provide the pre-show entertainment and the firework display starts at 7pm. The organisers advise allowing plenty of time to get in because you may have to queue for tickets. Full details can be found at www.nevillfireworks.co.uk

Tickets will be available at the gate on the night from 5pm. Prices are adults £10, children (3-15) £5 and will be cash only.
