Brighton & Hove Hockey Club's 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Friday 12th June at 6:00 - 7:30pm at Blatchington Mill sixth form room (behind the sports hall), Hove BN3 7NB.

Chair Cameron Heath kindly invites all club members (players and social), parents of junior players and those interested in joining to come to the AGM.

There is also a social game of mixed hockey organised afterwards from 7:31 - 9:00pm, followed by a drink at a local venue. Please bring white and dark shirts, more details on the evening.

This year the AGM agenda will run with presentations first and then questions afterwards. The AGM 2025 minutes are available here: https://www.brightonandhovehockeyclub.net/d/documents.html?group_id=21134

The AGM is your chance to have a say and play a part in your club's future, to hear about progress and developments on and off the pitch, to ask questions, and to volunteer to help with the organisation and management of the club - please make every effort to attend if you can.

This is an annual opportunity to show your passion for the club and get involved, help us grow on past success and – above all - to make sure that Brighton & Hove Hockey Club remains a great place to play hockey. We have a friendly, helpful, committed and dedicated team who make the club function efficiently, safely and successfully. If we are to achieve our further ambitions we will need more people to contribute and volunteer. There are various opportunities within the club for people to volunteer or give some of their time towards, some of which include coaching, managing, umpiring, welfare, safeguarding, sponsorship, admin, social media and content. Split or joint roles will be considered.

If you would like to table a question in advance to be discussed at the AGM please submit it to bhhc.clubsecretary@gmail.com.

If you want to volunteer to help run our club or to stand for any of the committee or other elected positions please speak to Cameron in person or email him at bhhc.chair@gmail.com.
