We are pleased to announce that membership subscriptions for the 2025-2026 season will soon be available on Pitchero for returning adult members. Please review the details below carefully to ensure your membership is processed smoothly.

In light of the deficits in two of the last three seasons, the club has made the difficult decision to raise subs. However, we have minimised that increase and kept match fees the same as 2024-2025. This does require that we collect all subs and fees. Please help us to do this by paying promptly.

Outstanding Payments
All outstanding balances from previous seasons must be cleared before the start of the new season. Failure to do so may impact your eligibility for selection. Members with significant debts will receive a formal communication from the club in August.

Payment Deadlines
• Non-instalment memberships: Payment must be completed by October 17, 2025.
• Instalment memberships (if you would like either of these options please contact the Treasurer (bhhc.clubtreasurer@gmail.com) at least five working days before the deadline):
o 3-instalment plan: Registration* closes for this option on September 30, 2025.
o 4-instalment plan: Registration* closes for this option August 31, 2025.

Membership Categories and Fees

Adult Membership:
• Discounted Rate: £275 (pay by October 17)
• Instalment Plans:
o 3 payments of £91.67 (register* by September 30)
o 4 payments of £68.75 (register* by August 31)

Concession Membership (Under-18, Student, Unemployed):
• Discounted Rate: £205 (pay by October 17)
• Instalment Plans:
o 3 payments of £68.33 (register* by September 30)
o 4 payments of £51.25 (register* by August 31)

Goalkeeper Membership (with own kit):
• £95

Social Membership:
• £70

*For all products listed, registration includes payment of the first instalment.

Match Fees

Adults:
• League, Cup, Friendly: £11 per match
• Intra-club Friendly: £6 per match

Concessions (16-18 years old, students, unemployed):
• League, Cup, Friendly: £8 per match
• Intra-club Friendly: £4 per match
