On the 11th March from 11.30am-12.30pm the club will be putting on an introduction to umpiring course for juniors. This is a course that will look at the basics of umpiring followed by a talk from an international umpire.

It will take place at the club house, and be run by Alan Grey who support and develops the young umpires across Sussex, followed by Frances Block who is an international umpire. She will then talk about her experience umpiring at the London Olympics, European international indoor finals plus many other international and national events.

After this the Men’s first team are playing their penultimate National League home game at 1.00pm against Southgate. The Brighton Mens team are currently in 3rd position, with Southgate in 2nd, so would be great to come and cheer them on.
