Hi parents of U16s,

Our first fixture of the season, Sunday the 30th away against Surbiton. I will confirm the exact address and meet time as soon as I get them, but I would assume to aim for 9.30

I have done the team selection on Pitchero. Please reply to confirm whether you child is able to play or not.

It has assigned positions but I’m sure the coaches will go through this with them at training on Sunday. Some have appeared as subs but the team will change depending on availability.

The team may well change depending on final availability.

I would also like to organise lifts, as it can take up to 1hr30 mins to get there. If you are able to drive and have some space in your car please let me know as soon as possible.

Alas Tillman and I are not able to attend this one ourselves, as we booked a holiday before the fixtures were published, but I will be contactable by phone and will be able to help coordinate lifts.

Would any of you be prepared to be available to keep track of arrivals, direct them to the right pitch, collect match fees and generally be a supportive face please?


Please bring the following:
1. 2 t-shirts come wearing red & with a spare blue T shirt. Ideally with blue shorts with red socks.
2. Mouth guard and shin guards mandatory...please don't forget !!
3. Layers of warm clothing, including hat and gloves with grip. Water proofs in case there is rain.
4. Water/soft drinks & sources of energy
5. Hockey stick. If you don’t have one please let me know.
6. £5 entry fee per child. (you can also pay this on Pitchero)
