Last-minute tickets for NZ double header in the FIH Pro League still available from England Hockey

England Hockey are looking to make the FIH Pro League games on Sunday June 23 at The Twickenham Stoop Stadium, which sees both Great Britain's men and women face New Zealand, a record-breaking day.

If the crowd fills The Stoop, it will be the biggest gate for a men’s hockey match outside the Olympics. "If we were to fill The Stoop there would be more people than there were at last year’s Women’s World Cup Final," says England Hockey. "Can you imagine what the atmosphere will be like?"

Tickets are selling well but England Hockey is sending out last-minute encouragements to clubs to bring teams, groups and family to be part of this fantastic day. A special drop-in pitch is being laid for the event at The Stoop, home to Harlequins Rugby Club, which has a capacity of 14,800. Lee Valley, where GB's other FIH Pro League matches are being played, can hold up to 7,500.

"Filling this stadium is a very exciting prospect and it could pave the way to more opportunity to put hockey on the road and in more stadia going forward, so you and your club could be part of changing hockey and they way people access it going forward," says England Hockey.
