Canterbury 4's 1-6 Men's 3rd XI
They’re made of Granite!
So long ago now (apologies for the delay on this one). Don (legs of Granite) blessed us with some pure genius. Davros bagged a couple including a straight strike from a short corner (a ‘collectors item’). Dave Delea graced the hallowed turf at the fortress with Bondy’s size 11’s, it took him a while to stop running around like ‘Mr Soft’. All told a decent performance. Fortunately some defensive comedy moments went unpunished - essentially, because they weren’t very good.
