Mid Sussex 2s 4-3 Men's 5th XI
Within the opening minute Brighton scored a short corner, but it was the last thing Ben Tranter did as he then had to withdraw from the game with injury. Hendo seemed confused on the side line as he was called into immediate action.
Brighton made it 2-0 soon after when Ben Williams scored.
The game was progressing nicely with Brighton in control when disaster struck, Mid Sussex won a short corner which they put away.
Then with minutes to half time it was level pegging as Mid Sussex got a goal on the break. Half time 2-2.
Second half started well for Brighton with Ramzy scoring from close range following a Hendo cross.
Brighton then threw the game away, firstly a very well executed OG by Ross wrong footing Matt in goal. Then shortly afterwards Mid Sussex took the lead for the first time in the match with a quick break away. Unfortunately for Brighton that was how the game finished.
