East Grinstead 5-0 Ladies' 2nd XI
An improvement on previous weeks and despite the poor scoreline a good performance - it was only 1-0 in the second half! (we even managed to get some compliments from the umpires).
A real team performance especially with only 11 players (injuries during the warm up are not recommended!!).
We put EG under a lot of pressure and in the second half got our passing and marking under control and this showed in the second half score. Some great play from all involved and welcome back to Emily who did a great job in goal after a 3 month break. Looking forward to some winning ways in the next few matches.
