Penguins 2 2-1 Men's 5th XI
It what looked a very diffuclt game on Paper, started badly with Brighton conceeding inside the 3rd minute as the Penguins seemed to have men over, are they playing 5 in attack?
Brighton pulled back after 6 minutes through Ben Tranter who converted a cross from Josh into an open goal, Ben commented that he would never score a impler goal.
Penguins who had 2 subs were rotating their attack well an once more took the lead after 11 minutes, this was turning into a very exciting game with lots of goals, or so we thought. However, the rest of the half saw no goals with Brighton and Penguins cancelling themselves out.
The second half Brighton started well, but we knew we would struggle as we were down to 10 men when goalscorer Ben went off with an injury.
The ten men played well but could not get an equaliser, and Matt Squires kept Penguin at bay.
Final score a loss of 2-1.
